  • questions you ask;
  • product preferences;
  • jewellery interests;
  • shopping occasions;
  • budget preferences;

If you choose to use Virtual Try-On, you may voluntarily upload:

  • photographs;

These images are processed solely to render jewellery previews.

These images are handled as follows:

  • location metadata (EXIF, including any GPS coordinates recorded by your phone) is stripped before the image is stored anywhere;
  • the image is held only for the duration of the try-on session and is deleted as soon as it has been retrieved for rendering;
  • original uploaded images are not retained after processing;
  • only derived styling information may be retained where necessary to improve your experience.

Virtual Try-On is entirely optional.

Customers may continue shopping without using this feature.

Face Shape Detection estimates facial geometry solely for recommending jewellery styles.

Examples of inferred categories may include:

This processing:

  • does not infer health conditions.

The purpose is limited to product recommendation.

Our systems may generate derived attributes including:

  • preferred jewellery category;
  • favourite colour combinations;
  • shopping interests;
  • preferred occasions;
