Frequently Asked Questions

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery time starts after dispatch and depends on your location and our courier partner, so the estimate shown at checkout is indicative rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We currently ship within India only — international delivery is coming soon.

Eligible items may be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return approval is not automatic — each request is reviewed individually. Visit our Returns page to start a return by WhatsApp or email, and once a return is approved we initiate the refund within 7 business days.

Orders are currently placed using Cash on Delivery, with a ₹29 COD handling charge added at checkout. Online payments by card, UPI and net banking are coming soon — the payment options you see at checkout are always the ones actually available to you.
