fake refund requests;
false return claims;
chargeback abuse;
fake delivery disputes;
fake customer identities;
manipulation of promotional campaigns;
misuse of Cash on Delivery.

House of 4Queens reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud and report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

6. PROHIBITED TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

interfere with Platform security;
bypass authentication;
exploit vulnerabilities;
probe infrastructure;
perform denial-of-service attacks;
distribute malware;
distribute ransomware;
introduce malicious code;
upload harmful software;
compromise customer accounts;
interfere with APIs;
manipulate application behaviour.

Any attempt to compromise Platform security may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. SCRAPING, AUTOMATION AND BOTS

Except where expressly authorised in writing, Users shall not:

scrape Product information;
harvest pricing data;
download catalogues using automated tools;
crawl restricted portions of the Platform;
mirror the website;
build competing databases;
extract inventory data;
automate purchases;
reserve inventory using bots;
collect customer information.

Reasonable indexing by recognised search engines may be permitted in accordance with applicable robots directives.

8. AI FEATURES

House of 4Queens provides optional AI-powered services including:

Queenie AI Assistant;
Virtual Try-On;
Face Shape Detection;
Skin Tone Detection;
AI Recommendations.

Users shall not:

intentionally manipulate AI systems;
attempt prompt injection attacks;
generate abusive content through AI features;
use AI services for unlawful purposes;
attempt to extract proprietary prompts;
attempt to reverse engineer AI workflows.

AI services are intended solely for legitimate shopping assistance.

9. USER CONTENT

Users may submit:

reviews;
ratings;
comments;
photographs;
videos;
testimonials.

Users must ensure submitted content:

is truthful;
is lawful;
is respectful;
does not infringe intellectual property rights;
does not violate privacy rights;
is not defamatory;
is not misleading.

House of 4Queens may remove content that violates this Policy.

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users shall not upload or publish content that:

use Platform content for commercial advertising;
create competing catalogues;
redistribute AI-generated outputs at scale;
use Platform information to compete unfairly with House of 4Queens.

12. PRIVACY OF OTHERS

Users must respect the privacy of other individuals.

Users shall not:

collect customer information;
publish personal information;
share another person's contact details without permission;
attempt to identify other customers;
misuse customer communications.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users must respect all intellectual property rights.

Users shall not:

copy photographs;
remove watermarks;
reproduce product descriptions;
reproduce software;
copy AI prompts;
reproduce Platform layouts;
reverse engineer software.

14. ENFORCEMENT

Where House of 4Queens reasonably believes this Policy has been violated, we may:

issue warnings;
remove content;
suspend accounts;
terminate accounts;
cancel Orders;
withdraw promotional eligibility;
disable AI access;
report unlawful conduct;
pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect customers, the Platform or legal rights.

15. REPORTING MISUSE

Customers who become aware of misuse of the Platform are encouraged to notify House of 4Queens.

Reports should include sufficient information to assist investigation, including:

description of the issue;
relevant URLs;
screenshots where available;
Order references (if applicable);
supporting documentation.

16. POLICY UPDATES

18. EFFECTIVE DATE
